Q: How do I know if my shipping will take 1 or 5 business days?

A: We ship most products from our warehouse in Sacramento, CA. So the closer you are, the quicker the shipping time. For instance, if your delivery address is in CA, you may receive your package in 1 business day…if your delivery address is in New York, it may take 5 business days. Please see the shipping map found here for a better idea of when you can expect your package.

 

Q: Do you ship outside of the US and US Territories?

A: Unfortunately, at this time we do not.

 

Q: Will someone need to sign for my package?

A: We recommend you have your package sent to a location where someone can receive and or sign for your package. If your package is being delivered to an apartment complex it will require an indirect (you, neighbor, or office) signature. Standard home deliveries do not require signatures.

 

Q: Why do I need to give my email address?

A: We utilize your email address to keep you updated on the status of your order and to provide you with shipping details.

 

Q: Can I make an order over the phone?

A: You are welcome to place an order over the phone; however in most cases by ordering online your order will be processed and may ship sooner than if you order by telephone.

 

Q: Am I able to pick up my order?

A: We do allow local pickup, please call ahead of time to arrange a pickup at one of our stores.

 

Q: What are your hours?

A: You can reach our customer support team Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm PST. Hours may vary during holidays.

 

Q: What is your minimum order?

A: Our minimum order varies by product. Some have no minimum, while some are sold in increments of 50, 100, or more. 

 

Q: Can I get samples before ordering?

A: Yes, we will send samples to allow you to test our products. We charge $10.00 for shipping and handling to cover our cost of picking and packing your order and the shipping cost. We will issue a full refund for your sample order once you place an order that exceeds $50.00.

 

Q: How long will it take for my order to be processed?

A: For orders less than a pallet, if your order and payment are received prior to 1:00 P.M. PST we strive to ship your order the same day. 

 

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping cost varies with every order. We compare prices between carriers and utilize the more cost effective one for your area.
