11 x 24 inch and 15 x 20 inch Shield N Seal precut bags hold 1 to 2 pounds of cured flower when seated in commercial vacuum chambers. Heavy-duty 5mil co-extruded clear film allows inspection of bulk trimmings and harvested buds without cracking open sealed storage totes.

Clamping thermal sealing jaws onto 5mil textured film flexes micro-embossed channels open while sweeping trapped air out of the bag cavity. The continuous diamond-mesh texture prevents total wall collapse under high suction, evacuating atmospheric air pockets around dense flower clusters.

Automated roll cutters index 15-inch continuous film to custom lengths, slicing exact harvest pouches for variable batch dry weights.
