What's the minimum order?
It depends on the item. Grinders and quick print trays start at 100, lanyards and full custom tin trays at 500, and BIC lighters start at 240. Podiums, banners and booth kits can be ordered one at a time.
How long will my order take?
Grinders, quick print trays, podiums and banners ship in about 10–15 business days. Lanyards take 20–27 business days, full custom trays 35–65 business days, and lighters 15–60 business days depending on the style.
What file format should my artwork be in?
Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or an editable PDF. Please send the original file your art was created in so we can work with it properly.
Can you help with design?
Yes. Our in-house designers can create artwork from your logo or an idea, or send you a template so your own designer can drop in the art.
